Administer automation platforms and maintain operational dashboards to ensure reliable execution of IT workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support automation platforms including iAutomate and Ansible for operational workflows.
• Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards using data from SCOM, Nagios, SolarWinds, and AlertSite.
• Create and optimize scripts, playbooks, and workflow logic in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Monitor performance of automation tasks and AI-assisted workflows against defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain SOX-compliant documentation for system changes and conduct change management activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, automation support, or monitoring administration.
• Proficiency with iAutomate and Ansible for automation and orchestration.
• Strong experience building and querying dashboards in Grafana using PromQL.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Database management experience with SQL, MySQL, and InfluxDB.
• Experience administering enterprise monitoring tools like SCOM, Nagios, SolarWinds, or AlertSite.
• Understanding of API integration and report generation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI/ML-assisted workflows and observability concepts.
• Experience with Oracle and cloud-native databases.
• Awareness of SOX compliance and change control best practices.
