Description

Analyze user requirements and system procedures to automate processes and improve existing infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems to ensure stability.
• Coordinate the installation of new computer programs and system updates.
• Modify and expand existing systems to meet specific project requirements.
• Review computer system capabilities to identify areas for optimization.
• Travel to various client sites throughout the U.S. as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT analysis or system maintenance.
• Proficiency with Hadoop and Big Data technologies.
• Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience using Tableau for data visualization.
• Skill in automated testing using Selenium.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a STEM field.
