Description

Provide technical support and systems analysis for Windows-based environments in Kraków.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems across client and server versions.
• Manage remote desktop connectivity using TeamViewer, LiveMeeting, and Windows Remote Assistance.
• Support MS Office Suite applications and various internet browsers.
• Maintain PC hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices like printers and scanners.
• Monitor and manage anti-virus and firewall software.

Required Skills

• Professional fluency in Swedish.
• 5+ years of experience in an IT Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 7, 8, and 10.
• Experience managing Windows Server 2000, 2003, and 2008.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Experience with remote support tools and security software.
