Description

You will act as a technical bridge within an Agile Scrum team to translate business needs into functional system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft and refine Epics and user stories using Gherkin and Azure Boards.
• Transform business requirements into detailed functional and system specifications.
• Document process models, data requirements, and services including SOA and WEB.
• Analyze data, work methods, and metrics to provide actionable recommendations and alternatives.
• Conduct benchmarking, testing, and trend analysis to drive continuous product improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT solution creation and delivery.
• 5+ years of experience working within Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience documenting data requirements and services (SOA, WEB, etc).
• Advanced analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to present findings and conclusions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams.
• Proficiency in organizing work processes for technical solutioning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Pega application delivery experience.
• Experience using Azure Boards.
