You will analyze, define, and document technical information for data workflows, logical processes, and system interfaces to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and value chains to identify opportunities for automation and performance improvement.
• Participate in application rationalization discussions with architects to modernize or consolidate technology stacks.
• Lead elicitation discussions by interviewing stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements for current and future-state needs.
• Design visual templates and graphics to enhance technical presentations and documentation.
• Manage project artifacts, action items, and large volumes of documentation using organizational tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience creating business process documentation, preferably using BPMN 2.
• Proven ability to use requirements elicitation techniques with senior business stakeholders.
• Background in Financial Services, including awareness of credit union or banking operations and industry standards.
• Ability to design visually engaging presentations and documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with graphic design, marketing, or communications principles.
