Description

You will support the Integration Group by designing, documenting, and configuring data feed workflows and system processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and test workflows for client and provider enrollment, including expirables, reappointment, and committee review.
• Document technical process flows and workflow designs to support user education and training.
• Configure systems for new user access, such as client or provider enrollment read-only permissions.
• Build online input forms using drag-and-drop tools and develop automated communications and letter templates.
• Collaborate with credentialers to translate manual processes into functional digital workflows.

Required Skills

• Experience with system configuration and database management.
• Proven ability to design and document technical workflows and process flows.
• Hands-on experience designing online input forms using drag-and-drop tools.
• Strong understanding of database table relationships and their impact on data entry and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word document merging and email template setup.
• Experience in report design and technical documentation.
• Ability to engage with subject matter experts to extract requirements for workflow design.
• 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field of study.
• Knowledge of credentialing or enrollment processes.
