Description

Lead the development and maintenance of business and operational software systems, managing teams of developers, data scientists, and application specialists. You will own the release pipeline, ensure secure coding practices, and align technical solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 15–25+ IT professionals, including developers and data scientists.
• Oversee software development for ERP, custom applications, and data platforms using .NET and JavaScript.
• Drive project delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), ensuring timelines and quality goals are met.
• Establish and monitor team performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs) and system effectiveness.
• Maintain security and compliance standards, including secure coding, audits, and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in software development or application management.
• 3–5 years of experience managing teams of 15–25+ IT professionals.
• Proficiency in .NET and JavaScript.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing data science teams, covering analytics, machine learning, and data governance.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps, automated testing, and enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with AI development tools to improve productivity in ERP and custom software environments.
