Description

You will own the operational stability and technical support for our core Windows and cloud application environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and support Windows-based environments within Microsoft Azure.
• Resolve complex technical issues by serving as the primary point of contact for end users.
• Monitor live production systems to proactively address performance degradation and service disruptions.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement scalable, reliable solutions.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, root cause analyses, and operational improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience in application support, infrastructure, or cloud operations.
• 2+ years supporting cloud-hosted production environments.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server environments and enterprise infrastructure.
• Expertise supporting Active Directory and identity-integrated applications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-tier production environments (Application, DB, OS, Network).
• Intermediate SQL knowledge, including querying and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals: DNS, Routing, and Firewalls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IIS and SQL Server.
