Description

You will drive digital, clienteling, and mobile application strategies for the Japan business while managing end-to-end project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Translate global IT strategies for digital and mobile initiatives into actionable local business requirements.
• Lead project management efforts including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline development, and budget tracking.
• Communicate project milestones, risks, and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage escalations to resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for support desk teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Expertise in digital, clienteling, and mobile app strategy within a retail or similar industry.
• Technical proficiency with Azure, Salesforce Cloud, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities.
• Familiarity with mobile app development processes and user experience principles.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
