Description

You will own the technical support, development, and maintenance of the RSME project and associated application environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and problem investigation to define, develop, and implement technical solutions.
• Conduct impact analysis for system changes, including the design of End-of-day processes.
• Coordinate system implementation and troubleshoot issues within UAT environments.
• Manage system risks by defining necessary improvements or mitigations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical problems and implement new requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development, programming, software design, and systems support.
• Proficiency in Linux and Shell scripting.
• Strong expertise in SQL and IBM DB2 database management.
• Hands-on experience with PHP and Javascript.
• Experience with web applications and integration protocols including SOAP, REST, and XML.
• Experience supporting multi-tier infrastructures and multiple integration systems (batch and online).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related Information Technology field.
• Knowledge of change control, security, auditing, release, and incident management procedures.
