Description

Build and support Workday integrations, coordinate system upgrades, and drive process improvements for the Raleigh, NC team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Coordinate system changes, upgrades, and deployments within the Workday environment.
• Develop functional and technical documentation for integrations and system processes.
• Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze customer needs and current systems to identify and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience working with Workday Studio and integrations.
• Proven experience developing and supporting Workday Studio and EIB integrations.
• Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics and the broader Workday ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field.
