You will provide subject matter expertise for the maintenance and troubleshooting of complex applications and their operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alerts, monitor applications, and manage incident resolution.
• Design and implement automation to replace manual processes.
• Execute ongoing health checks and validations following changes or significant incidents.
• Provide technical recommendations and mentor junior team members.
