Description

You will maintain and troubleshoot complex financial applications and their operating environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and diagnostics for moderate to complex application issues.
• Respond to alerts, monitor applications, and manage incident resolution.
• Design and implement automation to replace manual processes.
• Execute ongoing health checks and validations following changes or significant incidents.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical recommendations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in application support or production environments.
• Extensive experience in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with Mainframes and DB2.
• Strong Unix and Shell scripting skills.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the securities industry.
