Description

You will provide technical support for application incidents and ensure system stability. You own the resolution of software-related queries and customer issues through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and software queries to ensure timely resolution.
• Take ownership of customer issues through clear communication and support.
• Monitor and report daily incidents using productivity tools.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects using standard project management methodologies.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following: C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with Cloud Applications and SaaS models.
• Working knowledge of Git and software design principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Available to graduate from March 2024 onwards.
