Description

Lead SAP, MES, and ERP teams to drive system implementation, maintenance, and project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead large IT projects involving the design, deployment, and scaling of SAP and MES systems.
• Manage the application portfolio, owning incident, release, and change management processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Direct application development staff for COTS and custom enhancements.
• Oversee vendor relationships, testing strategies, and adherence to technical standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in IT application management.
• Expertise in SAP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and ERP enterprise application support.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT project rollouts across various technologies.
• Strong proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Demonstrated ability in vendor management and managing internal stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced project management and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
