Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and completion of housing software transition projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycles to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to provide technical and operational support during transitions.
• Oversee data analysis and cleanup activities to ensure accuracy during system migrations.
• Develop HUD PIC and compliance-related reports to meet strict regulatory standards.
• Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for system navigation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT project management experience focused on housing management systems.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Tenmast WinTen2+.
• Expertise in HUD PIC reporting and compliance standards.
• Strong data analysis and data migration strategy skills.
• Experience with software testing and QA processes.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using SQL and data manipulation for housing systems.
• Knowledge of the Housing Choice Voucher Program lifecycle and financial management.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
