Description

Lead the transition from Tenmast WinTen2+ to Yardi Voyager as the primary project lead.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the housing software transition project.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to provide technical and operational support.
  • Oversee data analysis and cleanup activities to ensure accuracy during migration.
  • Develop and refine HUD PIC and compliance-related reports to meet HUD standards.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for staff.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management focused on housing management systems.
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Tenmast WinTen2+.
  • Expertise in HUD reporting and compliance.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and data migration strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Skills in change management and business process analysis.
  • Project management certification (PMP).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Housing Choice Voucher Program lifecycle and financial management.
