Description

Provide Tier 1 technical support for third-party application products in a remote capacity. You will troubleshoot end-user problems, manage deployments, and maintain software functionality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user problems via phone or site visits.
• Provide front and back-end technical support including deployment, implementation, and application modification.
• Debug application errors and maintain software functionality.
• Train end users on various software applications.
• Install and maintain personal computer hardware and software.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related area.
• One year of experience including report writing, data collection, tabulation, computation, and analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with PL SQL.
• Knowledge of XML.
• Ability to provide technical support for third-party application products.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience in Java or .NET.
• Experience with JavaScript or Groovy Script.
• Knowledge of Oracle or MS SQL Server databases.
