You will manage and support critical healthcare application systems, ensuring stability and optimization for clinical and administrative operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide product ownership and senior expertise for Meditech Expanse EMR decisions and priorities.
• Manage and resolve system incidents, escalating critical issues to vendors to maintain uptime.
• Coordinate and manage system updates, patches, and upgrades across all application systems.
• Design, test, implement, and maintain clinical and administrative applications.
• Act as a liaison between IT and operational staff to optimize workflows and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting healthcare IT systems.
• Expertise with Acute and/or Ambulatory Meditech Expanse Electronic Health Records systems.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in training and supporting EMR system users, including physicians.
• Experience with Systems Admin, Help Desk, and System Specialist functions.
• Ability to translate technical terminology for Business Operations and Physician Practice staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Information Systems, IT, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration.
