Description

You will lead a team of software engineers responsible for developing new and modifying existing IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT staff, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, ensuring coding practices and deliverables meet standards.
• Develop and implement best practices for maintainable IT enterprise applications.
• Work with architects to ensure proper software design implementation.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding the team through complex problems.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in an IT management, technical lead, or project management role.
• Experience developing applications using .NET technologies, C#.net, Web API, and REST API.
• Proficiency with data storage technologies including SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML5 and Angular JS.
• Ability to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle highly technical issues and mentor staff.
