Description

Lead a team of IT consultants and staff to deliver and maintain enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and monitor staff performance to ensure high competency levels.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure software designs follow best practices for maintainability.
• Manage the development lifecycle with project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team through resolution.
• Handle recruitment, including interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, technical lead, or project management roles.
• Proficiency in C#.net, Web API, and REST API.
• Strong experience with JSON and XML data handling.
• Database skills in SQL Server and Oracle.
• Front-end development skills in HTML5 and Angular JS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supervising or leading a support team.
• Experience with custom applications or COTS product customization.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, MS Visual Studio Team (TFS), and Agile (SCRUM).
