Lead the technical direction and delivery of IT enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT consultants, providing guidance and training.
• Monitor team performance to ensure coding practices meet standards.
• Develop best practices for application supportability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects on software design implementation.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in IT management, technical lead, or project management roles.
• Strong proficiency in C#.net, Web API, and REST API.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle for data handling.
• Knowledge of Angular JS.
• Experience with Kendo UI and Telerik.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, and HTML5.
• Experience with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
