Description

Lead the IT development team to deliver maintainable enterprise applications and mentor staff to high competency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide, support, and train IT consultants and staff members.
• Monitor team performance and ensure coding practices meet enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with architects to verify correct software design implementation.
• Evaluate and recommend software solutions to enhance client IT applications.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, guiding the team to resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in an IT management, IT technical lead, or project management role.
• Proficiency in C#.net, Web API, and REST API development.
• Experience with data technologies including SQL Server, Oracle, and JSON.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5 and Angular JS.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to resolve highly technical issues with strong initiative.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to develop and implement best practices for application supportability.
