Description

Lead a team of software engineers in developing and maintaining enterprise IT applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers, providing technical guidance and training.
• Monitor team performance and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop best practices for maintaining scalable enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure correct software design implementation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate solutions for the team.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management, technical leadership, or project management.
• Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, specifically C#.net.
• Experience building APIs using Web API and REST API.
• Proficiency with data storage technologies including SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML5 and Angular JS.
• Ability to generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports for stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kendo UI/Telerik components.
• Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats.
