Description

Lead a technical team to deliver, maintain, and support enterprise applications while managing the full development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and hire IT consultants and staff, including performance monitoring and training.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure software designs meet standards and are correctly implemented.
• Oversee project development from inception to completion alongside project managers.
• Develop and implement best practices to ensure application supportability and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolution efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, technical lead, or project management roles.
• Proficiency in C#.net, Web API, and REST API.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on development with JSON, XML, and HTML5.
• Experience using Angular JS and Kendo UI Telerik.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical leadership and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supervising support teams or working with custom and COTS applications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and MS Visual Studio Team (TFS) server.
• Experience working within Agile (SCRUM) frameworks.
