Description

Architect and govern the design of SaaS products within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will drive technical strategy, ensure platform scalability, and lead cross-functional technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce reference architectures and frameworks for Salesforce-based SaaS products.
• Govern value-based prioritization of product and platform roadmaps alongside product managers.
• Facilitate cross-product initiatives to harmonize technology strategies across business lines.
• Lead technical evaluations of existing solutions and present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with partner companies and third-party developers to support strategic platform development.

Required Skills

• 6+ years architecting and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Components, Apex Classes, and VisualForce.
• Proficiency with Process Builder, Platform Events, and Triggers.
• Strong command of SOQL and SOSL queries.
• Experience with Force.com IDEs and CLI tools.
• Proven track record developing SaaS solutions using Managed Packages.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Architect Certifications (Technical, Application, or System Architect).
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
