Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT solutions by defining problems and opportunities with stakeholders.
• Act as Product Owner for Mobility and Enterprise Collaboration, focusing on Microsoft 365 integration.
• Develop technology standards, repeatable patterns, and contribute to enterprise technology roadmaps.
• Partner with data, cyber, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with risk management controls.
• Lead risk analysis, root cause analysis, and incident response strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and PowerApps.
• Experience managing multiple infrastructure pillars: endpoint, mobility, compute, storage, network, and security.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering within scope and budget.
• Advanced communication skills for influencing stakeholders and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong critical thinking and economic-thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as an IT Architect or Product Owner.
• Experience with low-code tools like Alteryx.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Google, or SaaS vendors.
