Description

You will lead architectural initiatives for strategic cloud automation projects, owning end-to-end delivery of complex distributed system landscapes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural design and innovation roadmaps for ECS architecture within SAP Technology contexts.
• Lead complex architecture setups across distributed systems, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
• Coordinate technical efforts across multiple international teams to improve build and run processes.
• Apply CI/CD concepts and automate agile deployment principles for provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management tools to maintain system integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT system landscape architecture.
• Proven experience with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and private cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end automation for SAP system landscapes.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems, ideally with RHEL or SUSE advanced certification.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code, Configuration Management, and GIT.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or ABAP.
• Familiarity with SAP Landscape Management (LAMA) or Focused Run (FRUN).

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying agile deployment principles in large-scale environments.
