Description

You manage the lifecycle and inventory of IT assets within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for all IT assets and inventory.
• Perform physical inventory audits and reconcile asset discrepancies.
• Coordinate sourcing activities, including handling RFQs and purchase requisitions.
• Analyze asset data to identify trends, usage optimization, and cost savings.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures while contributing to process improvements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, procurement, inventory control, or asset lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation) and Office 365.
• Basic understanding of hardware components (laptops, monitors, peripherals, network gear) and software licensing models.
• Ability to generate and interpret reports on inventory status and compliance.
• Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle stages: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Familiarity with receiving, warehousing, and shipping logistics, including RMA processing.
• Strong attention to detail when managing asset records.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or ServiceNow CSA.
• Knowledge of SAM/HAM practices.
