Description

Manage technology hardware and software portfolios for a 2-month onsite contract in Falls Church, VA. Own the ServiceNow ticket queue and coordinate with colleagues and customers to resolve requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware and software portfolios to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
• Investigate hardware and software products to evaluate and recommend solutions based on user requirements.
• Maintain software entitlements and lifecycle data within the asset management process.
• Own the ServiceNow ticket queue, coordinating with colleagues and customers to resolve requests.

Required Skills

• Experience working in a ServiceNow Fulfiller role.
• Deep understanding of Asset Management processes, specifically software and entitlements.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Practical knowledge of Asset Management workflows.
• Ability to work onsite in Falls Church, VA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
