Description

You will manage the full enterprise software license lifecycle and oversee technology-related hardware assets to ensure compliance and cost optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise software license agreements to ensure alignment between entitlement and actual consumption.
• Oversee software harvesting and license optimization while serving as a subject matter expert on various licensing models.
• Maintain ITAM and CMDB databases through daily operations and continuous process improvement.
• Act as the primary interface between IT Operations, Delivery, and Procurement for all hardware and software asset needs.
• Develop and implement procedures for tracking asset lifecycles and identifying gaps in current ITAM processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management.
• Deep understanding of licensing terms, models, contracts, and pricing for Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, VMware, and RedHat.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow SAM Pro, BMC, SCCM, ILMT, and BigFix.
• Experience managing ITAM/CMDB databases.
• Strong capability in ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation.
• Working knowledge of Service Management and ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to interpret complex vendor agreements and procurement strategies.
