Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM modules, managing software license compliance, optimization, and hardware lifecycle tracking.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow to manage software license compliance, optimization, and reclamation.
• Set up discovery integrations and normalization processes to ensure accurate asset data ingestion.
• Build workflows, reports, dashboards, and SAM publisher packs for Microsoft and Oracle.
• Implement automated software reclamation rules and hardware lifecycle tracking.
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, and security stakeholders to align with best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management or related implementation roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and implementation.
• Direct experience implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro and/or HAM modules.
• Technical proficiency with SCCM and CMDB structures and data models.
• Strong knowledge of software license models and IT asset lifecycles.
• Experience with discovery tools and integrations such as JAMF, Tanium, Flexera, or Snow.
• Knowledge of ITSM and supporting configuration management.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications including CIS–SAM, CIS–HAM, ITAM, or ITSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, ITOM, and integration hubs.
