Description

You will own IT asset management controls, focusing on End of Life and Configuration Management processes within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset lifecycle controls, specifically decommissioning legacy software and handling data migration compliance.
• Ensure all data extracted from legacy applications adheres to internal policies and external frameworks.
• Document and evidence control operation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Communicate control status and risks effectively in high-stakes scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed controls into migration and decommissioning workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management processes and controls.
• Deep understanding of End of Life and Configuration Management controls.
• Proven experience with IT Controls in highly regulated Financial Services Industry (FSI) environments.
• Strong ability to document control operations and evidence for audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-stress environments.
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for asset management or control tracking.
