Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Depot Provisioning

Roles & Responsibilities
• Experience in IT Asset Management and Depot Operations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM modules.
• Experience with Windows and macOS provisioning.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Mobile Device Management tools.
• Understanding of logistics and shipping processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Generic Managerial Skills
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow IT Asset Management certification (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in device provisioning and depot operations
