Description

Manage the full IT asset lifecycle while providing hands-on desktop support in a hybrid ITAM and support role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Image, deploy, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Oversee the asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with vendor licensing and internal policies.
• Manage tickets in ITSM tools with detailed work notes and generate reports on asset usage and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments for effective asset planning.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in IT with hands-on ITAM and desktop support responsibilities.
• Strong background in managing IT inventory and asset databases.
• Expertise in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and software applications across Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools and asset management platforms.
• Ability to provide deskside and remote support for end users.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week in Kansas City, KS.
