Description

You will own the complete IT asset lifecycle, from procurement through to disposal.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, tracking, deployment, and disposal.
• Develop, implement, and optimize ITAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead and support a team of ITAM Analysts.
• Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Generate ITAM reports, scorecards, KPIs, KRIs, and End-of-Life tracking metrics for leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management or related IT roles.
• Proven experience developing and implementing ITAM policies and tools.
• Experience working in enterprise-level IT environments.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with NIST, FFIEC, and CoBIT compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL or CSAM certifications.
• Experience with reporting tools and ITAM dashboards.
• Background in financial services or heavily regulated industries.
