Manage and optimize a statewide ITIL-compliant IT Asset Management program focused on enterprise workstation environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, monitor, and report on IT asset management programs for workstations, mobile devices, printers, and software.
• Develop ITAM documentation including workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure processes meet governance standards for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, specifically tracking workstations, mobile devices, printers, and software.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating and interfacing with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• 3+ years of experience producing technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and VITA governance.
• Experience in business process engineering or IT process improvement within a large organization or government context.
• Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA several days a week.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI and data analysis.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
