Experience supporting ServiceNow ITAM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, or related technology governance initiatives.
Experience supporting project delivery in IT Asset Management, technology operations, regulatory, compliance, risk, or audit-related environments.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams under tight timelines.
Ability to develop structured documentation, status reports, trackers, meeting notes, and follow-up actions with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
Working knowledge of ITAM concepts such as asset inventory, software and hardware lifecycle management, ownership, entitlement tracking, and governance controls.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Proficiency in ServiceNow HAM/SAMPro modules and CMDB, Jira and Confluence
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with regulatory or audit-driven programs requiring evidence management, control support, and documented process execution.
Prior experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
Experience supporting high-visibility programs with executive reporting and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
Experience with a variety of ai tools and the ability to appropriately leverage to drive efficiency in day to day tasks
