Description

You will coordinate project delivery for IT Asset Management, ServiceNow, and technology governance initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities under tight timelines for ITAM and compliance projects.
• Develop structured documentation, status reports, trackers, and meeting notes with high accuracy.
• Support project delivery in IT Asset Management, technology operations, and audit-related environments.
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to drive project progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow ITAM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, or CMDB.
• Working knowledge of ITAM concepts including asset inventory, software/hardware lifecycle, and governance controls.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Ability to develop accurate structured documentation and follow-up actions.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with regulatory or audit-driven programs requiring evidence management.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
