You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets and technical equipment in Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Handle field tickets for laptop break-fix replacements, including imaging devices and preparing them for shipment.
• Manage the outbound logistics process by labeling hardware and coordinating UPS pickups.
• Process incoming laptop returns following employee terminations.
• Fulfill hardware requests by pulling items from inventory and shipping them to end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management or hardware support.
• Hands-on experience with break-fix replacement workflows.
• Proficiency in hardware inventory management.
• Experience managing hardware request fulfillment.
• Ability to perform device imaging and preparation.
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
