Description

You will manage the lifecycle and tracking of IT assets through investigation, retrieval, and record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and locate lost or unreturned assets using existing tracking systems.
• Communicate status updates to customers regarding IT inventory request tickets.
• Resolve work orders or assign tasks to warehouse staff for processing.
• Maintain accurate asset records within the ServiceNow Asset Management Module.
• Create and maintain reports to support inventory and asset functions.

Required Skills

• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing or asset management system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing IT inventory request tickets.
• Ability to follow prescribed inventory control standards.
• Graduate degree in any field.
