Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset inventory including new device imports, physical stocking, and lifecycle scheduling.
• Execute PC and mobile device fulfillment, covering new setups, break-fix, swapping, and decommissioning.
• Develop asset management processes, workflows, and policies within ServiceNow.
• Conduct physical audits with vendors and maintain compliance reporting and metrics.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT hardware and software asset management.
• Hands-on experience managing assets within ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, VPN, and VDI.
• Strong Windows OS troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Intune Mobile Device Management and Windows Autopilot.
• Knowledge of desktop engineering and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage PC, iPhone, and iPad lifecycle tasks including wiping and QA.
• Experience with ticket queue management and technical escalations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
