Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring compliance with vendor contracts and maintaining Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integrity.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work-mode line is generated.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and record hardware assets and software licenses to ensure vendor contract compliance.
• Manage the CMDB lifecycle, including accuracy of Configuration Items (CIs), versioning, dependencies, and attributes.
• Supervise a team of procurement and asset analysts, handling recruitment and performance management.
• Execute audits of the Discovery Database and CMDB to verify software licenses and physical hardware inventory.
• Design and enhance strategic asset management processes, governance, and standardized KPI reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset analysis and managing staff.
• 5+ years of experience working with a CMDB and its associated business services.
• 5+ years of experience using ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Profound knowledge of software licensing agreements, including Microsoft, IBM, and Oracle.
• Experience with Discovery tools and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to perform trend analyses and generate compliance reports.

Preferred Skills

• IAITAAM Certification, such as CHAMP, CSAM, or CITAM.
