IT Asset Systems Analyst

You will manage IT asset lifecycles and support systems analysis within an on-site environment in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational activities related to IT asset management.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators for asset lifecycles.
• Manage licensing agreements and compliance requirements.
• Utilize ServiceNow to track and maintain asset data.
• Perform strategic asset management and systems analysis to optimize inventory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management or systems analysis.
• Proficiency with CSAM.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Strategic Asset Management and licensing agreements.
• Background in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• Ability to manage operational activities and track Key Performance Indicators.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
