Description
You will provide technical support and systems administration to ensure stable end-user operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 end-user support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user administration and perform root cause analysis on recurring technical problems.
- Execute hardware, application, and software upgrade or patch roll-out plans.
- Support VPN client configuration and troubleshooting for remote access.
- Assist with SOX compliance and other required company mandates.
Required Skills
- Experience with Windows desktop OS and Mac environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and M365.
- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and/or OpenLDAP.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting desktop operating systems and printers.
- Knowledge of enterprise-level anti-virus solutions and VPN clients.
- Ability to manage end-user related network connectivity issues.
- Degree in IT or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
