Description

You will provide technical support and systems administration to ensure stable end-user operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 end-user support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Manage user administration and perform root cause analysis on recurring technical problems.
• Execute hardware, application, and software upgrade or patch roll-out plans.
• Support VPN client configuration and troubleshooting for remote access.
• Assist with SOX compliance and other required company mandates.

Required Skills

• Experience with Windows desktop OS and Mac environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and M365.
• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and/or OpenLDAP.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting desktop operating systems and printers.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level anti-virus solutions and VPN clients.
• Ability to manage end-user related network connectivity issues.
• Degree in IT or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
