Description

You provide technical support and resolve hardware and software issues for end users in a Windows and macOS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues across Windows 10 and macOS domains.
• Manage and record call transactions within a call center environment to track support activities.
• Research and recommend new computing equipment trends to improve business processes.
• Execute ongoing and new IT projects as assigned by leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and macOS operating systems.
• Working knowledge of PC hardware and software functionality.
• Experience using IT support ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically data manipulation in Word and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and printers.
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems and email clients.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Ability to research error codes and resolve application-specific issues.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
