Description

You will build and maintain automation systems to drive efficiency across internal SaaS engineering platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash, and JavaScript to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and CloudFormation to provision cloud resources and networks.
• Deploy architecture patterns that maximize availability, security, and scalability for internal services.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable self-managed deployments.
• Integrate internal and external systems and conduct technical gap analysis to improve tools and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT automation, software development, or infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), Go, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience managing AWS services including Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, ECS, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Strong understanding of source code versioning and Git/GitHub workflows.
• Experience scaling SaaS-first environments involving Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, GitHub, or Zendesk.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie, StatusPage).
• Experience using Splunk.
• Expertise with Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform.
