Description

You design and build end-to-end IT automation workflows to streamline employee lifecycle management and system operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation workflows using Tines, Google Apps Script, and Python.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Build event-driven pipelines for system alerts, user lifecycle management, and IT operations.
• Integrate APIs across SaaS and infrastructure platforms for real-time data synchronization.
• Maintain version control, documentation, and monitoring for all automation pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in IT Automation, IT Engineering, or DevOps-style IT Operations.
• Strong scripting in Python, Google Apps Script, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Experience with automation platforms like Tines, BetterCloud, Okta Workflows, Zapier, or Workato.
• Proficiency in API integrations, webhooks, and event-based architecture.
• Experience automating IAM operations via Okta, Google Identity, or Azure AD.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Google Workspace).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Zero Trust, SSO, and MFA automation principles.
• Experience creating operational dashboards for IT metrics and system health.
