Description

Build and maintain advanced IT automation platforms, orchestrating workflows across ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and custom agent-based systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced automations using ServiceNow (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes) and Microsoft Power Automate/Logic Apps.
• Create and extend custom agentic platforms using Python or Node.js-based frameworks.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations with robust error handling and observability.
• Analyze IT processes to translate manual SOPs into digital and agentic runbooks, driving standardization and measuring effectiveness.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and security guardrails, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and rollback strategies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT automation, orchestration, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow automation and integrations.
• Experience with Power Automate and Logic Apps for enterprise workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for automation and agent logic.
• Knowledge of agent-based automation, LLMs, prompt orchestration, and tool calling.
• Strong API integration experience across ITSM, monitoring, cloud, and SaaS tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and event-driven architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AIOps, monitoring automation, and incident remediation.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM, ITOM, or CSM modules.
• Exposure to RPA tools alongside API-based automation.
